Caring for Our Suicidal Parts in the Luteal Phase: An IFS Approach to PMDD Suicidality

This workshop is a gentle exploration of suicidality from an IFS parts perspective and is open to both patients and providers. IFS is a therapeutic model that recognizes that we all experience multiplicity. Those of us living with PMDD know this all too well, so many of us feeling torn between living and dying each month as the luteal phase sets in again and again. This workshop includes both didactic teaching on the IFS model as well as experiential practices and guided reflection. The workshop will end with a period for questions, answers, and discussion.
